Do VALOI products come with a warranty?
Yes, all VALOI electronics are covered by a 12-month limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. For opened electronics, items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and cables included to be eligible for a full refund.
How can I track my package after it has been shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
